maiko amemiya
Born in Tokyo. He learned about the deliciousness of vegan cuisine in Ireland, which he visited as a student, and studied abroad at a vegetarian school in New York to learn cooking in earnest. After graduating, he worked at high-end restaurants in New York and London. He was also in charge of recipe development and training of local staff in Turkey and Singapore before returning to Japan.
In 2015, he opened a physical store in Nishi-Ogikubo, Tokyo. Currently, through activities such as wholesale sales, event stalls, and cooking classes, he strives to spread delicious and fun vegan sweets.

In a time when the image of "vegan = not delicious, not satisfying, brown" was strong in Japan, I came across delicious and enjoyable vegan food in Europe. The reason for launching the brand was that we wanted to be able to provide food and sweets that everyone can enjoy in Japan.
