The manufacturing process uses the "cold press method," which involves slowly pressing at low temperatures. By not applying heat, the avocado's natural nutrients and flavor are preserved in the oil. It is especially rich in vitamin E, phytosterols, and monounsaturated fatty acids considered heart-healthy, making it safe for health-conscious users.
Additionally, in accordance with international cold-pressed oil standards, we regularly inspect quality indicators such as acid value and peroxide value.
