As a new challenge for Beniotome Shuzo, the "CROP& series has been born.
First up is the "CROP&Black Sesame Liqueur."
A rich black sesame liqueur made by soaking black sesame in sesame shochu, offering a fragrant and sweet aroma. Mix it with milk to create a latte-style dessert cocktail with a sesame flavor. Pour it over vanilla ice cream for a luxurious adult dessert.
Next is the "CROP&Citrus Liqueur."
In Chikuzen Town, Asakura District, Fukuoka Prefecture, only a very limited quantity of the rare citrus fruit 'kizu' is produced. Due to its rarity, a special citrus liqueur using this fruit, often called the "phantom citrus," has been created. It features the mellow and gentle acidity unique to wood vinegar and a refreshing aroma that fills your mouth.
Both products are liqueurs with flavors favored by both women and men. The simple, understated design of the sake naturally blends into everyday dining tables, both Japanese and Western. Also recommended as a gift.
