Our own apiary in the North Island and undeveloped areas of New Zealand Manuka honey is a special honey harvested from the flowers of a plant endemic to New Zealand, called the "Manuka tree".
Manuka flowers bloom only 2~6 weeks a year, and the honey collection period is actually about 12 days. The area where high-quality Manuka can be harvested is limited to a part of the east coast of the North Island. 3Bee's apiary is located in an undeveloped area with little human touch, and this geographical advantage produces high-quality and rare Manuka honey.
Even if the "land and soil" where honey is collected is the same, the flavor also changes from season to season, just as many things change naturally every year. It's one of the pleasures when you open the lid.
In recent years, counterfeit products and Manuka honey compounds have become rampant for high-priced Manuka honey.
Pure Manuka honey is an extremely rare honey that produces less than 1% of the world's total honey production. All 3Bee products are UMF certified.
This certification ensures the reliability of the product.
