What are we doing?

The most important thing in our beer production is "connection".
　
That's why we create a new beer every month. The changing seasons, Hiroshima's seasonal ingredients, local culture and events... Because we want to propose a beer that connects with such "now". It's a one-time encounter in a glass of beer.
　
For example, "Yuzu Saison" is a special collaboration by designers from Session's Brewery × Arch Brewery × Yasuda Women's University. From harvesting to design, the three parties worked hand in hand to create it. When two labels are placed side by side, they become a single picture, expressing the challenges and connections of young people.
　
"SAKURA" is a beer brewed according to the cherry blossom season, and you can recognize it as a sakura mochi the moment you drink it. We hope that you will enjoy it while viewing the cherry blossoms.
　
"Hiroshima Lemon Ale" uses Hiroshima lemons grown in the sunshine of the Seto Inland Sea. It expresses the freshness of the wind of the Seto Inland Sea.
　
The ingredients of the beer should be as local as possible. Hiroshima's water, Hiroshima's fruits, and sometimes even local yeast. By doing so, I try to make sure that drinking this beer will lead to supporting the nature of Hiroshima and the producers.

Session's Brewery Hiroshima × Arch Brewery × A special collaboration by designer Kazu Ueda, a Yasuda female college student. The refreshing aroma of yuzu stands out, and the bitterness recedes and the refreshing taste spreads. ABV 5% and IBU 23 are also attractive for ease of drinking.

A mellow and gentle hazy IPA made with the concept of "a gift that conveys gratitude".
　
Plenty of taras hops were used to accentuate the orange scent. By using whole oranges, you can also feel the juicy and refreshing acidity. The alcohol content is a little high at 8% ABV, but the bitterness after drinking disappears quickly, making it easy to drink.

Golden Ale was born from such a challenge. It has a light taste of 4% ABV and 15 IBU, but it is characterized by the flavor of sakura mochi that comes after drinking. It is a seasonal beer brewed in conjunction with the cherry blossom viewing season, and it is a dish that heralds the arrival of spring in Hiroshima. I feel like drinking it under the cherry blossoms brings out the flavor even more!
