The salad dressing served with the omelet menu in the store was well received for its deliciousness, and in response to customer feedback that "I would like it to be sold," we started manufacturing and selling it. In the early days of sales, we manufactured it in-house, but now that we have increased the number of online sales and business partners, we are manufacturing on an OEM basis in consideration of safety.
We often hear from customers who have children who don't like vegetables, "If you put this dressing on it, your child will eat eagles and vegetables!" The body-friendly dressing, which does not contain any preservatives and is based on raw onions, is preferred by customers of all ages.

By taking advantage of the flavor of the vegetables, you can enjoy it as it is, but the strength of this dressing is that it is easy to arrange. Some customers add spiciness and acidity to white fish carpaccio and beef shabu salad as a hospitality dish, and some customers add mentsuyu to toss it with udon noodles or sprinkle it over egg-covered rice. There are many customers who have never visited a physical store and are repeat customers in rural areas who have purchased a very large number of times, so I think that this product has the potential to become a repeat customer once you try it.
