We are based at "Holistic &Herbal Garden Osako" and cultivate herbs that grow in conditions close to the wild. Since 2020, we have been working to protect local resources and ecosystems by clearing abandoned farmland that has been regarded as a problem of damage to residents by wild animals and developing it as an herb garden.
In cultivation, we collaborate with the Department of Smart Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Fukuyama University, to practice agriculture using IoT technology. By constantly measuring the temperature, humidity, soil temperature, and soil condition of the fields, we have realized sustainable agriculture that does not place a burden on both people and plants.
The harvested herbs are processed into products that make the most of the power of plants that encompass the rhythm of nature. Herbal teas and aromatic products balance the mind and body and bring the blessings of nature into our daily lives.
Our activities are not limited to mere product creation. Through various hands-on events such as seasonal herb harvesting workshops, herbal tea making workshops, and herb distillation experiences, we provide opportunities to learn about plant ecosystems and learn how to live. Through these activities, we aim to contribute to the creation of local employment and human resource development, and to create a sustainable society in which resources are passed on to the next generation.
