Products that bring you closer to the communityWe aim to deliver
In product development, we started with the voice of a soba farmer saying, "I wish there was such a product," and "Horokanai Soba Kampirel Tea" was born.
Soba farmers become teachers in life
In product manufacturing, we work closely with local producers from the selection of raw materials to the manufacturing process to build face-to-face relationships.
Buckwheat flour is purchased directly from a flour mill in Horokanai Town and uses fragrant buckwheat flour.
Horokanai Town in Hokkaido is the largest producer of soba noodles in Japan.
It is a small town with a population of about 1,200 people, but its cool climate makes it suitable for buckwheat cultivation.
By commercializing unused buckwheat resources (cuticles and buckwheat husks), we aim to circulate the local economy.
Products are delivered at department store events and events.
In the experience business, under the theme of "getting closer to the community through soba making," we are conducting soba making classes, demonstrations, and lectures for beginners.
Utilizing his experience of winning a national soba competition when he was a high school student, he devises ways to help participants become familiar with the region and food by telling the techniques of soba making, the background of food, and real stories from the production site. Experience sessions are held in various places such as nursing homes, schools, roadside stations, and event venues to spread the charm of the region and food culture.
