We cultivate mature fungus beds using Ogakuzu from Ehime Prefecture in Niihama City, and carefully grow and harvest them at our own house in Sakurai, Imabari City. By finely adjusting the temperature and humidity every day and creating an environment close to nature, we deliver safe, secure, and delicious shiitake mushrooms stably.
 
The symbol of our manufacturing is the one-of-a-kind "Ubushitake mushroom" that has also registered a trademark. These are small shiitake mushrooms that are usually thinned out to grow large umbrellas within 5 days of germination. In order to take advantage of the gentle taste and unique texture that resides in these small fruits, each one is carefully harvested by hand.
