When I look back at the scenes where we generate and elaborate our ideas, there is always "coffee" there. Therefore, we decided to adopt coffee as the brand's first product.
Normally, coffee products are developed based on the aroma and taste, that is, the individuality of the beans themselves. However, we decided to design the blend based on the "world view we wanted to express" instead.
Our brand name "ANONYM" means "anonymous person" or "anonymously written". In this age where everyone wants to be something, what is coffee that reminds us of the specialness of each and every one of us? With that in mind, an item called "diary" came to mind.
What we always write in our diaries is "time," "scene," and "thought." We designed a concept based on these elements, selected beans that could express it, and composed a blend.
