The story of Kinshachi Beer begins with over 100 years of Owari Nagoya's tradition and an insatiable passion for craft beer. The foundation was laid in the late Meiji 10s, when beer culture began to take root in Japan. Inheriting the passionate aspirations of the time, with a strong desire to "create Japanese beer culture" with the deregulation in 1996, we took a new step in Aichi.
Our goal is to create beer that combines individuality and quality that are not found in major manufacturers, and that is close to Japan's climate, food culture, and the delicate taste buds of the Japanese people. The trigger for the launch of the brand was not just the production of beverages, but the desire to create beer as a "culture" that adds color to Japanese tables and life milestones. The brand name, named after the symbol of Owari Nagoya, is a symbol of Kinshachi, which embodies tradition, innovation, and a deep sense of pride in the region.
Clear groundwater from the Kiso River system, carefully selected raw materials, and strict quality control by craftsmen. By combining these, we create a "deep and deep beer" that not only quenches your thirst, but also allows you to enjoy the aroma, taste, and color carefully. We want to be a presence that brings small luxuries and excitement to everyday life, and enriches meals and gatherings. With pride in our hearts, our mission is to continue to lead Japan's beer culture from Aichi.
