At PLANTIFUL, we aim to "use no animal products and taste better than animal ice cream" and manufacture ice cream using all plant-based ingredients. In order to realize our worldview, we first paid close attention to the selection of materials. For example, vanilla ice cream is made with lavish vanilla beans from Madagascar, while chocolate ice cream is centered around cocoa mass-derived ingredients. This allows for a rich and rich taste without the use of animal ingredients.
In the process of creating the product, we repeatedly devised details such as the type and mixture ratio of plant-based milk, emulsification and air-soaking. In particular, the well-balanced combination of three types of plant milk creates a richness and depth that rivals that of animal ice cream. In addition, in order to take advantage of the individuality of each ingredient, we use the optimal manufacturing method for each flavor, such as roasted hojicha and pistachio.
We are also conscious of sustainability in the production background, and our raw materials are sourced from reliable producers. By not using animal raw materials, we also contribute to reducing our environmental impact. In addition, we have reviewed manufacturing and distribution costs to achieve a price that is easy to introduce for commercial use. We aim to achieve both quality and price that can be used in professional settings such as restaurants and hotels.
From the perspective of the SDGs, we value environmental considerations by not using animal ingredients, allergy response, and contribution to food diversity. Our ice cream is not just a substitute, but a mission to provide new flavors and experiences that can only be created because it is plant-based.
