It is very painful when the toothbrush hits the streak in the center of the front teeth, which is called the upper lip frenulum jōshin shotai, so when brushing the front teeth, it is difficult to dislike it if you turn up the upper lip and brush while guarding the upper lip frenulum with your fingers.
(4) The bristles of the toothbrush are 90 degrees
Apply it at a right angle to your teeth and remove dirt with the bristles.
(5) Move the brush finely and wiggle it.
Move 1-2 to the left and right at a time, about 10 times in one place.
(6) It is recommended to brush the posture for the chin
You can see the inside of the mouth better. If you don't like it, you can sit on your lap and polish it so that you can hold it, or you can stand up. In addition, the face-to-face brushing that the guardian brushes in front of the child makes it easy to see the upper and lower teeth. Try not to move your head in any position.
(7) Use as little toothpaste as possible for finishing polishing.
If there is a lot of toothpaste, it will be difficult to see the inside of the mouth, and there will be a lot of saliva. If possible, brush your teeth within 30 minutes after eating.
(8) Use a toothbrush for finishing polishing and a toothbrush for children to brush by themselves.
Children often chew on toothbrushes, so it is better to use them properly to make the toothbrush for finishing brushing last longer.
