Tankan Hazy IPA
The Hazy IPA, which uses luxurious tankan from Amami Oshima, is the first in the "Amami Tropical Aroma" series created by female staff. The juicy sweetness of the tankan harmonizes with the firm acidity and the gorgeous aroma of aromatic hops, creating a tropical aftertaste. It features a cloudy appearance and smooth mouthfeel, making it a great choice for beer lovers as well as those who prefer fruity flavors.
Shimabanana Weizen
Weizen is made with "island bananas", also known as phantom bananas, and has a bubbly, rich and fruity aroma with a refreshing acidity. Using more than 50% wheat malt, it is based on the traditional manufacturing method of southern Germany, but has a unique taste with ingredients unique to Amami. It is loved by a wide range of locals and tourists, and it is a cup that allows you to feel the blessings of Amami's nature.
Salty Seekunin Sour Ale
The sour ale, which uses Tokunoshima's native Shikunin and Amami Oshima sea salt, was born in collaboration with Daikichi Foods. The refreshing acidity caused by lactic acid bacteria fermentation, the citrus aroma of Sikunin, and the minerality of sea salt are a perfect match, and can be enjoyed in hot weather or with meals. The packaging is decorated with Amami's scenery and is popular as a gift or souvenir.
