1. Sticky Round Grain Pack Barley Tea (Refined White Barley)
The craft barley tea, which is made by peeling the barley once, steaming it, drying it, and slowly roasting it in a four-barreled sand bath roaster, is characterized by a refreshing aroma without bitterness or miscellaneous taste. It is a product that has been certified as a five-star Hyogo (R6) in Hyogo Prefecture and has been certified as a Hyogo recommended brand.
2. Black bean tea (general)
The far-red roasting, in which black soybeans are spread on a net and roasted over an open flame from both sides while shaking rustling, is judged by a master roaster with his eyes and ears based on the temperature and humidity of the day, the moisture condition of the raw materials, the particle size of the raw materials, and the optimal degree of roasting. The raw materials of black soybeans are also carefully selected, and their fragrant and sweet aroma has a unique taste.
3. Aged Red Rape Bean Blend Tea
We use aged Satsuma Nata beans ® (red rape beans) and blend four kinds of domestic ingredients (barley, black soybeans, red sprout oak, and mulberry leaves).
Concanavalin A, which is abundant in red rape beans, is said to be effective in preventing influenza, and combined with known effects such as preventing bad breath, more and more people are drinking it to maintain their health.
