We launched "Meat Temple Master" out of a strong desire to deliver Kagoshima's rich food culture to the whole country. The founder, Koshi Terashi, has been involved in the establishment and operation of Terashi Ranch since he was a child, and has lived with cows, pigs, and chickens in Kagoshima.

After studying at a meat school and training in Kagoshima, Tokyo, he founded a butcher shop at Terashi Ranch at the age of 24.
I opened the business with the thought that "if I provide good meat in Kagoshima, it will surely be successful," but at first it didn't go as expected.
Gradually, customers are following us, and we are able to deliver meat temple master products to Kagoshima Prefecture and other parts of the country.
