During my pregnancy, I always thought about nutrients while eating, so I first focused on the nutritional value of beets and commercialized beetroot, sweet summer, and ginger jelly that contain nutrients such as folic acid and potassium, saying, "I would be happy if there were a little more nutrients in that bite when I was hungry for breakfast or when I was hungry."
Just as I care for my body, I also wish for the health of my loved ones.
In order to have such a kind feeling, I think it is important to be healthy both physically and mentally and to create room in your mind.
My dream is to deliver the deliciousness and nutrition of domestic fruits and vegetables, and to help us who live in modern times feel a little more energetic and create a mental space where we can feel the same way about our loved ones.
