It is precisely because of such an era that we wanted to re-examine the essential and valuable things such as Japan's traditional culture and the blessings of nature that have been passed down through time. I want to re-edit that wisdom in a way that suits modern lifestyles and deliver it to the world. TOJI was born from such a thought.
Sake lees, which are at the center of the brand, were born as a by-product of Japan's sake brewing, and while they have excellent nutritional value and beauty effects, they are difficult to preserve and distribute, and are unused resources that have not been fully utilized until now. TOJI has focused on the rich potential of sake lees and has been conducting research and development with the aim of creating products that maximize their appeal.
The brand name "TOJI" is a combination of "Yuji," an ancient Japan hot spring therapy, and "Toji," the bearer of sake brewing. We are entering an era where both work styles and beauty are updated. We aim to achieve true beauty and a rich life.
