We are the only dairy farmer in Yamagata Prefecture to obtain both JGAP certification and farm HACCP certification, which are strict management standards. Raw milk gelato, which is not only safe and secure but also "delicious", has created a new value of "farm-made" that is delivered directly from the farm to consumers.
Through the development of seasonal flavors in collaboration with local farmers and collaboration with the local tourism and restaurant industries, we also aim to revitalize the local economy beyond simply providing products.
