By focusing on small-lot roasting rather than mass production, the beans are fully brought out to their original character and freshness. This is a warm handmade process that feels like cooking at home, allowing you to enjoy subtle differences in flavor with each roast.
　
Additionally, the coffee beans used are carefully selected, mainly from brands scoring 80 points or higher under the SCA evaluation criteria. We also pay attention to the production areas and farm backgrounds, striving to source with consideration for sustainable agriculture and fair trade.
