First of all, we have a special ingenuity in the cultivation of russ. Prune plum trees, which are usually 3~4 meters long, to about 1.5 meters and manage them so that nutrients are distributed to each fruit. This results in large, high-sugar fruits. In addition, it is harvested while still blue and subjected to a ripening treatment to bring out its bright red color and rich anthocyanins. After ripening, it is kept in the freezer for 1~2 years to mature slowly for 1~2 years to maximize the flavor before proceeding to the sake brewing process.
This series of processes takes time and effort, but it is essential to make the most of the individuality of "Lucne". In particular, the anthocyanin content is about 60 times that of conventional plums, making it a unique ingredient that combines health benefits and beauty.
In addition, in product development, we collaborate with sake brewers to develop a diverse lineup of plum wine, brandy, shochu, and sake-based limited edition products. In order to make the most of the color, aroma, and taste of "Ru Qian", we do not rely on colorants or flavors, but value the natural beauty and flavor.
Our commitment is not just about taste and appearance. The story of Odaka's nature and human hands, as well as the desire for reconstruction, are put into each product. From the perspective of the SDGs, we are also actively working to solve social issues such as the utilization of local resources, sustainable agriculture, and the creation of local jobs.
