At Saji One, we are particular about the "puree method" in order to maximize the original power of Saji. By lining the peel of Suzy, which contains a lot of nutrients, and making it into a liquid that is easily absorbed by the body, we have realized a product that is very dark in color and highly nutritious compared to the juice of the general pressing method.
The raw material is carefully selected from "Vikoa Sagy", which grows wild in the nature reserve around Banhan Mountain in Inner Mongolia. Compared to other sagees, the fruit is smaller, reddish, and densely packed with pulp, and its dark color speaks of its high nutritional value.
Using various certified sassy raw materials such as organic JAS, the hand-harvested sazies are processed in accordance with strict quality standards in a factory with thorough hygiene management. After a number of inspections, including 556 pesticide residue tests, radioactivity tests, and soft drink standard tests, we import them and commercialize them at our domestic factories.
Saji One is also actively working on the SDGs. We aim to contribute to environmental conservation through tree-planting activities in Inner Mongolia, where Sajee is produced, and to develop sustainable businesses that respect local culture and traditions. Based on the concept of "Saji de Oneness", we want to create a future where people, nature, and the world are connected as one through Saji.
