What are we doing?

At CHOCO FOREST, we are particular about the manufacturing method called "Bean to Bar".
This is a chocolate-making method that handles all processes in-house, from cocoa bean selection to roasting, grinding, refining, and molding.
By roasting carefully selected cocoa beans and finishing them entirely by hand, you can maximize the individuality of the ingredients themselves. Each piece of chocolate is filled with the memory of the land where the cocoa beans were grown (the original flavor of cacao), and we continue to make them with all our heart so that people can know the story of the cacao beans.
