Our brand, 'Nosou Nichibi Honpo,' is committed to creating products that make the most of the blessings of nature. The flagship domestic wild herbal tea series carefully selects wild herbs that have long been rooted in Japanese life, such as pine needle tea, hishicha, and Tartary soba tea, arranged to suit modern lifestyles.
In product development, we prioritize "delivering the power of materials as they are." For example, pine needle tea uses only the needles of domestically grown red pine needles, with no unnecessary additives or flavorings added. Pine needles have long been considered beneficial for maintaining health, and to preserve their natural aroma and flavor, they are carefully roasted at low temperatures and carefully finished without sparing any effort.
Hishicha uses water chestnut seeds that grow by the water, resulting in a mellow and mild flavor without any strong odors. Water chestnut seeds have been cherished as a nourishing and tonic ingredient since the Nara period, making them perfect for maintaining modern health. Tartary soba tea is made by roasting vibrant Tartary buckwheat grown in high-altitude mountainous areas, achieving both a toasty aroma and an easy-to-drink taste.
We are particular about the production background, selecting as many domestically and organic materials as possible. We value trust with producers and contribute to sustainable agriculture and regional revitalization. From the perspective of the SDGs, we strive to select manufacturing methods and packaging with minimal environmental impact, practicing manufacturing in harmony with nature.
Through this commitment, we aim to be a brand that proposes not just "health foods" but a rich lifestyle in harmony with nature.
