First, deep connections with the community
We are particular about using local ingredients as much as possible, such as Tokachi malt and Shiraoi ento tea. At Shiraoi Maple, 60% of the water is made from the sap of Japanese maple collected from the forest near Lake Poroto. "Rohto Raspberry" is a special brew that uses plenty of strawberries from Tokachi Tokiiro Farm's chemical-free pesticides and organic fertilizers.
　
Next, natural carbonation
This is a method in which carbon dioxide obtained during the fermentation process is retained in a container to create fine-textured carbonation and bubbles. This is the secret to the smooth mouthfeel of our beer.
