The style of "Kölsch" serves as a model for the "ultimate drillability" we are aiming for.
This beer is unique to the region of Cologne, which straddles the Rhine River in western Germany, and is characterized by its golden color and cleanliness of drinking using light malt and rich flavor due to top-fermented yeast.
Originally, according to the Geographical Indication Protection System, brewed outside the Cologne region cannot be called "Kölsch". However, we pay homage to this "Kölsch" style and culture, and we are committed to making craft beer that is just like the authentic Kölsch.
In brewing, we pay attention to every detail, from malt selection to fermentation temperature control. In particular, he pays close attention to the management of yeast, pursuing a balance between the gorgeous aroma unique to Körsch and the clean aftertaste.
