At SAVON ENDASORA, we are committed to making soap that utilizes Hida's natural materials under the concept of "Conditioning and healing with the power of nature." To realize the brand's worldview, they are meticulously particular about everything from material selection to manufacturing methods, fragrance, and color.
First, all our soaps use spring water from Okuhida. The pure water springing from the beech primeval forest at an altitude of 1200 meters is rich in silica, locking in skin-friendly components as they are. Additionally, ingredients are carefully selected from local blessings, such as organic herbs from Hida, pesticide-free rice, wild mugwort, and unheated raw honey. These materials are developed in collaboration with local farms and apiaries, prioritizing a sustainable production background.
They are also highly particular about their manufacturing methods. Using a cold process method, plant oils and active ingredients are trapped in soap without applying heat. The natural glycerin produced as a byproduct remains, leaving your skin moist and mild. While it cannot be mass-produced, it undergoes over a month of aging to deliver only what the skin truly needs, making this soap a painstaking process.
The fragrance is made using only 100% essential oils, and the coloring uses only natural clay and plant colorants, with no synthetic ingredients whatsoever. We do not use petroleum-derived surfactants, preservatives, synthetic fragrances or colorants, or mineral oils. We are also conscious of contributing to the SDGs and a regional recycling-oriented society, thoroughly engaging in manufacturing in harmony with nature. This dedication creates soaps that are gentle on both skin and mind, safe and long-lasting.
