Inheriting the tradition of a fishing family that has been passed down since his grandfather's time and respect for the sea, he has devoted his heart and soul to the safe and exquisite production of oysters while protecting the rich natural environment of the Seto Inland Sea. We are actively engaged in regular seabed cleanup and fisheries education for the younger generation, and we have introduced the latest technology to ensure thorough quality control. Through EMPEROR OYSTER, known as the "jewel of the sea", our mission is to convey the charm of Kitakijima to the world and build a sustainable future.
