Our brand, OKAYAMA JIMOTO BEER 086®, is based on the concept of making the most of Okayama's regionality and diversity. By reflecting the individuality of each municipality in Okayama Prefecture in the taste and style of beer, the local charm is condensed into a glass of beer.
For example, "OKAYAMA PALE ALE," inspired by the prefectural capital Okayama City, pursues an urban, refreshing and easy to drink, and is characterized by a citrus hop aroma. "KURASHIKI HAZY IPA" depicts the white-walled cityscape of Kurashiki City, using five types of hops to create a fruity and juicy taste. In addition, the beer incorporates local specialties and scenery, such as "TAMASHIMA SPARKLING LAGER," which uses grapes from the Tamashima area, to express Okayama's unique personality.
In product manufacturing, we focus on "beer" rather than "happoshu" and brew real craft beer in-house. From raw material selection to preparation, fermentation, and aging, we do not compromise on quality and taste in every process. In particular, by actively incorporating locally produced agricultural products, we are also focusing on contributing to the local economy and promoting local production for local consumption.
From the perspective of the SDGs, we are also working with local producers to sustainably procure raw materials and reduce waste. Through beer production, we also value consideration for local communities and the environment.
With these commitments and thoughts, we aim to make "OKAYAMA JIMOTO BEER 086®" take root as a new culture in Okayama and become a brand that the local community can be proud of.
