Fukutoku Confectionery, which has been in Nagoya for more than 60 years, has continued to make cookies and sablés with exquisite textures that are "moist × refreshing".
Our journey began with the desire to deliver simple and gentle sweet sweets while staying close to Japan's food culture. We continue to pursue sweets that allow you to feel the warmth of handmade without being swallowed up by the wave of mass production.
At the factory, the fresh eggs that arrive early in the morning are broken by hand one by one, using domestically produced flour and white sugar. Margarine and butter are used in the optimal formula for each product to bring out the original charm of the ingredients.
What we value is the manufacturing method of "same-day preparation, same-day firing, and same-day individual packaging". In general, cookie dough that can be left overnight is left overnight, and freshness is given top priority, and the process from manufacturing to packaging is completed within 8 hours at most. By following this process, you can deliver the flavor and aroma of the baked food as it is.
Fukutoku Confectionery does not only pursue the efficiency of mass production, but also puts human hands and heart into each process to achieve a taste that cannot be created by machines alone. We will continue to make sweets that are close to everyday life in Japan while balancing unchanging quality with new challenges.
