When my father passed away suddenly, he was only 26 years old. Without being taught how to make noodles, how to sell them, or how to be a manager, he became president without knowing right or left. After that, the days of struggle began. It has been 30 years since I overcame such difficult days and became president. I have accumulated various experiences and met wonderful people, and I am where I am now. And thanks to our ancestors, we have the Negishi products and products we have today. As long as I am in a position that is utilized by people, I would like to continue to make "food" for people to live forever. It's just noodles, but it's noodles. I believe that there will always be satisfaction and joy there. We are actively conducting sales activities not only in domestic sales channels but also overseas in order to convey the wonderfulness of "Namamen". It will continue to be my dream and goal to convey "Negishi noodles" to people around the world.
