ENNES is based in Yugawara-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture, and manufactures and sells seasonings and baked goods made with fruits and vegetables. We respect the individuality of the ingredients and consider the design and shape of the taste on the premise that it can be used comfortably on the daily dining table. Representative fruit curd and fruit salt are easy to pair with bread and dishes as they are, and do not require special cooking. Because we have a small-scale manufacturing system, we create products that are meticulous from material selection to finishing. Currently, while developing around our own stores and in-house e-commerce, we also conduct wholesale sales for the purpose of meeting sales floors with similar values. We value that the product is not too trendy and can be handled for a long time. In the future, we are considering expanding the lineup of fruit salt, baked goods, and other products that are compatible with existing products.
