He has collaborated with Hiroyuki Sakai and Mamoru Kataoka, and has also been involved in sweets supervised by Pierre Hermé, where he learns about the philosophy of ingredients and the creation of memorable flavors. Even after marriage and childbirth, he continued to be involved in the food field and learned a wide range of cooking, hygiene, and serving techniques. After gaining experience in making cakes that are close to milestones, he took advantage of his grandmother's house to launch "SweetsLab Mokurebi".
