Nozomi JINGUJI
Born in Kagoshima Prefecture, where the sweet potato harvest is the highest in Japan. After graduating from university, he joined an airline.
While interacting with various foods from all over the world, I am fascinated by the diversity of food cultures.
In 2013, he opened an organic egg restaurant specializing in egg dishes.
