■Iyokan IPA w/ Hanamoto Farm (JGBA2024 Gold Prize Winner)
An IPA unique to the island using the fruits of Iyokan picked by Hanamoto Farm, a farmer on Koijima.
The peel of the Iyokan, which still has a green color, is carefully processed by hand and layered with the refreshing aroma of hops, giving it a slight bitterness and a refreshing feeling in the juiciness.
The taste, which is reminiscent of the scenery of the citrus island of Koijima, won a gold medal at the 2024 Japan Great Beer Awards.
It is a representative cup of Gogoshima Beer Farm, which makes use of the blessings of the land and connects the field and the dining table.
■Rice Lager w/ Mitsui Matsuyama
A light and easy-to-drink craft lager made with sake rice "Matsuyama Mitsui" from Ehime Prefecture.
When you hear the word rice, you may think that it looks like Japan sake, but this cup values the sharpness and coolness of lager.
The slight sweetness derived from rice adds a gentle roundness to the taste and blends in smoothly with any dish.
It has no habit and is finished in a bottle that you will want to drink every day, so that it gently accompanies your daily life.
■Coffee Amber Ale w/ cotton john coffee
A fragrant amber ale unique to the island using specialty coffee beans roasted on Koi Island.
The roaster is "Cotton John Coffee", which was the reason for us to move here.
The fragrant coffee born from the careful roasting and the soft richness of the malt overlap comfortably, resulting in a bottle that shines with a balance of aroma and mellowness.
It is a classic collaboration that is modestly sweet, easy to pair with meals, and should be tried by both coffee lovers and craft beer lovers.
