Born in 1980 in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. After training at restaurants of various genres such as Italian, Japanese, and cafes, in 2019, he opened "Yokohama Vegetables and Japan Sake Nanakusa" in his hometown of Yokohama. As a chef, I have developed an attitude of valuing the blessings of nature and the relationship with the creator as I face ingredients on a daily basis. Taking the opportunity of the Corona disaster, he reconsidered his life so far and decided to take on the challenge of "living on an island" and "making craft beer", which he had longed for for a long time. In 2022, he moved to Koijima, Ehime Prefecture with his family. We renovated a 150-year-old house and started brewing beer as GOGOSHIMA Beer Farm in January 2023. Currently, he lives with his wife and two daughters. While making use of his experience as a chef, he delivers "craft beer from the island that is close to food and conveys the blessings of the land."

An IPA unique to the island using the fruits of Iyokan picked by Hanamoto Farm, a farmer on Koijima.
