Twenty-five years after its development, its use as a building material utilizing humidity control functions has increased, and it is now also used in systems aimed at air purification in theme parks and large buildings.

Thanks to ceramic coating, it is also used as flame-retardant charcoal in the commercial charcoal cooking sector.

At Kinokoto, we offer interior products with deodorizing functions, as well as warmth support garments that combine natural materials such as silk and organic cotton by utilizing the characteristics of ceramic charcoal.

The "Silk and Charcoal Leg Warmer," developed to warm calves and feet, was first released 13 years ago.
