[Underlying Thing]
Reflection when working at a securities company is the foundation. I was selling financial products that I thought I wouldn't buy to customers with a lot of sales pitches.
It was not for the customer, but for my own sales performance. I really want to recommend a different product, but as long as I am a salaryman, I have to follow the company's policy, and I have always had that conflict.
That thought reached a critical point and I started my own business, but at that time I decided that I would only make things that I thought were good, and I would not sell them.
[Kick]
I had no interest in beauty at all. In 2013, an acquaintance of a hairdresser in Kobe said, "I've tried about 500 types of shampoos and treatments all over Japan, but none are good." At that time, I was exporting Japan products to China, but the business was getting off track to some extent and I had time, so I said with a light heart, "If you don't have it, you can make it, I'll make it."
[Q. What was the most difficult thing?] 】
A. After visiting more than 50 factories, I finally found a company that could request manufacturing.
If the timing of mixing is off by 0.5 degrees, the feel will be completely different. The size of the pot you mix changes the conductivity of heat. I had a hard time finding a factory that would satisfy my selfishness.
[Q. What was the good thing about continuing?] 】
A. When we hear the customer's voice of joy
Many messages such as "I was finally able to escape the treatment refugees" and "I can't do it without KIZUKA" are my driving force.
The wife of my classmate at Daiwa Securities also has repeat visits, but when she contacted me and said, "Thank you for making such a good thing,"Work that is appreciated on top of receiving moneyI felt so happy.
