<A philosophy that will not change forever>
・ We do not claim the "effect" of products and materials.
The only people who can say this are doctors and pharmacists. Also, it is not good to say things that are beyond the realm of speculation without scientific basis (although I do not deny that each person believes on their own...). We just keep making it with love.
・ We do not use phrases such as "premium/rarity/phantom".
In the first place, there is no way that a small amount can be sold in large quantities, and it cannot be commercialized. It is a word that is not necessary because it faces the essence of the product. You don't need a premium feeling for everyday use.
・We don't sell things we don't make.
It is an unfortunate fact that even if it claims to be "handmade / handmade", it is not "seller = maker". Komutama Kitchen is all responsible for purchasing, preparing, and commercializing raw materials. (In the pet food industry, the distinction between manufacturers and sellers is looser in law than in the human food industry.)
・ We are particular about "local production for local consumption" to the last.
It's not that distant or foreign products are bad. However, there is no denying the adverse effects (deterioration of quality over time) due to the opacity of the distribution route. That's why it's directly connected to the producer.
