Having been born and raised in Hokkaido and having developed a business, I was strongly attracted to the potential of the rich ingredients of this area. However, due to the shortage of workers in the primary industry and the declining population, the region was also facing a loss of vitality.
I want to use the marketing and engineering skills I have cultivated so far to add new value to Hokkaido's ingredients and deliver them to many people.
"Earth Ice Cream" is a craft ice cream brand that pursues a simple yet profound taste by utilizing ingredients nurtured by the rich nature of Hokkaido. Based on the concept of valuing the seasonality of the materials and conveying the thoughts of the production area as it is, each one is carefully made.
To deliver the charm of Hokkaido to the whole country through food, and to continue initiatives that lead to the future of the region. With that in mind, "Earth Ice" will continue to move forward.
