At baisado, we make various efforts every day to realize our desire to bring delicious coffee closer and more freely to enjoy.
First, we strive to source high-quality raw materials. Baisado believes that delicious coffee can only be made from high-potential coffee beans, sourcing beans with clear origins and producer profiles only from trusted suppliers.
Also, all coffee beans are washed with water before roasting. Coffee beans take a long time to transport from equatorial producing countries to Japan. During that time, you wash away any dust and dirt that naturally stick before roasting, resulting in surprisingly easy-to-drink and refreshing coffee.
Furthermore, the roasting of the coffee beans focuses on "medium-dark roast." This is because it has less bitterness, a good balance of acidity and sweetness, and best expresses the characteristics of the origin and variety. However, we sometimes adjust the beans to be lighter or darker to suit their characteristics, so we can offer suggestions tailored to our customers' preferences.
Recently, we have been actively proposing unique products such as premium and rare coffee beans such as Jamaica's "Blue Mountain No.1" and Yemen's "Mocha Matari," as well as homemade infused coffee made by marinating coffee beans in alcohol before roasting. We believe that these new challenges will also help expand the ways people enjoy coffee.
baisado aims to be a place that brings a touch of color and discovery to everyday life through coffee.
