What we value is the "unseen value" of ingredients. For example, in Shizuoka Prefecture's tea plantations, production in traditional terraced fields, which are difficult to mechanize, has decreased, and abandoned farmland has increased. In addition, the value of second and third tea teas has decreased, and the problem of a shortage of bearers has arisen.
We may be a little detour to solve these problems by creating new ways of drinking and new value, but we propose one of the solutions. To keep exploring, even though sometimes you get lost. There are still many things in this world that we don't know.
