KENJI YAMAUCHI
Born and raised in Kyoto.
After experiencing life and food culture overseas, he founded the donut shop "Nicot & Mom" in Kyoto in 2010.
In the wake of my son's egg allergy, I continued to deal with allergies and food diversity, and in 2024, I launched the free-from brand "everyone Kyoto Higashiyama Factory".
From a dedicated workshop that does not bring in wheat from Higashiyama, Kyoto, we deliver sweets every day that can be surrounded by the same table without worrying about restrictions.
