Nice to meet you. This is Sato, the representative of Kagiya Brewery. Based on the concept of "beer that is the key to connecting people", we brew craft beer in Kawasaki and Nakahara. The trigger was the pub culture I encountered in England, where I once stayed. I was struck by the scene where people of different ages and positions naturally gathered and conversations were born from toasts. I want to make such a place and beer in Japan, and with that in mind, I launched CAGHIYA BREWERY. Craft beer is more than a drink. I think it is a "communication opportunity" that changes your expression depending on who you drink with, what kind of food, and how you feel when you drink it.
