Raw gateau chocolate with the finest melt-in-your-mouth and rich and dense taste. High-end sweets made with the highest quality couverture chocolate and created by a first-class chef who has traveled to 5 star hotels.
No sugar, additives, preservatives or flour are used in production.
*Naturally derived beet sugar and soy lecithin emulsifiers are used in the raw material chocolate. No genetically modified soybeans.
10 cents (about 2 cents per bottle of gateau chocolate) for every 1 kg of chocolate sold is returned to farmers separately from the sales of cacao. Sustainable sweets that also deliver the experience of giving back.

When I worked at the Bangladesh branch of my previous IT company, I went to a local orphanage and NPO, where I experienced firsthand the problems of developing countries. As a result of confronting social problems, he decided to start a social business. After that, he opened Namagateau Chocolat. We support a sustainable program in which a portion of sales is returned to producers, and provide sustainable sweets using the program's chocolate. We use environmentally friendly materials as much as possible, from raw materials to packaging, and actively communicate about the problems of cacao farmers, their lives, and environmental issues through the operation of the brand. In addition, as an SDGs partner of Odawara City, where our stores are located, we accept classes and work experience as instructors at junior high and high schools, and participate in government SDGs events to raise awareness of ethical and sustainable initiatives.

Sweet, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate gives us happy moments. However, the "poverty problem," which is the "not easy" current situation of cacao farmers, has been regarded as a global problem for many years. Faced with this issue, we started to create delicious sweets that make everyone happy as the "Happy cacao project".
Namagateau Chocolat uses 100% of the program's chocolate as a partner of the sustainability program "Cacao Trace". In this program, we support cacao producers to improve their cultivation techniques, develop processing facilities, and return a portion of the chocolate price to cacao farmers and producers.
Everyone enjoys "Raw Gateau Chocolat", and the "Happy" feeling born from it leads to cacao farmers. We would like to create a lot of "happy" feelings in society by delivering an experience that can be "given back by eating" with delicious raw gateau chocolate to many people.
Commitment to the product
Based on the concept of "enjoying chocolate to the fullest," we aimed to create sweets that allow you to enjoy the original taste of chocolate without using unnecessary items as much as possible. In the end, we narrowed it down to just three: chocolate, butter, and eggs. We use the highest quality couvel chocolate, and we do not use any flour or sugar in our production.
A first-class chef who has traveled to 5-star hotels has been particular about the blending ratio of ingredients to the utmost to maximize the original taste and sweetness of the chocolate and the flavor and richness of cacao.
We sympathize with the concept and initiatives, such as "those who are interested in social issues" and "those who are interested in sustainability/ethics," and we will receive their support by actually eating our products. Even if you are not interested in the concept, there are many people who like the taste of the product and the brand.
