Additive-free jam
All of them are long-selling products that have been selling for more than 20 years.
At the time of its release, most jams were "hard" jams that used gelling agents such as pectin and remained in shape even if scooped with a spoon, and most of them melted in the mouth and had a bad flavor release, and lost the goodness of the ingredients.
So, in order to enjoy the ingredients, we sold jam made only with sugar and berries.
When it was first released, we received many complaints that it was too soft or that children spilled it and stained their clothes, but as a result of explaining the condition in detail and persistently continuing to sell it, we are now highly regarded for its good taste.
Among them, marmalade has many repeat customers, and even those who are not good at marmalade often say, "I love this."
Spread
Products that cannot be labeled as jam are called spreads.
We make jams that go beyond jam to provide customers with a variety of products.
It can be used like jam, but some of them do not have a low pH (degree of acidity), so you need to be careful when storing them.
Local Series Spreads
Although the number is small, the specialties of each region are finished in an easy-to-use form called "jam".
Among them, Ogura butter, which can easily reproduce Nagoya's famous Ogura toast just by applying it, is popular and is often purchased.
