When I was struggling to find a factory, a staff member at a factory that I was involved with when I was working as a production manager introduced me to a factory that a trusted subordinate had set up a factory, and I have been producing products at that factory since the launch of ek kadam.

The plant manager of the partner factory has experience working as a worker himself, and because he can understand the feelings of the worker staff, the distance between the plant manager and the staff is close and the environment is open. In addition, our partner factories pay salaries that are about 20% higher than the average so that our staff can work with peace of mind and satisfaction, so the turnover rate is very low, and the same staff with high technical skills are always in charge of sewing ek kadam products.

As mechanization progresses, the demand for block printed fabrics that can be dyed with time and effort is decreasing. By conveying the "charm of block printing" to customers in Japan through ek kadam products, we hope to help pass on this wonderful technique of block printing to future generations.
