Commitment to the product
Who are supporting us?
Canelés and ice cream were born from a company that focuses on the bridal business.
Behind this is the corporate philosophy of "HAPPY PEOPLE MAKE HAPPY PEOPLE".
The sweets business was started with the desire to deliver delicious sweets even if there is a shortage of human resources and make the industry HAPPY. In the midst of this, during the Corona disaster, which hit the wedding business hard, we started selling canelés on the streets with all our employees in order to revitalize Japan, which was the start of "Canelés and Ice Cream". With the help of our partner companies who are indebted to us in bridal activities, we opened our first Osu store in 2020 during the Corona disaster.
The concept that was born with the feeling of giving back to society is
"Message to society through sweets"
We are working hard to create activities and stores that expand the cycle of happiness, such as the "Loop of Happiness PROJECT," in which a portion of SDGs activities and sales are donated to the SDGs and customers choose the recipient of the donation.
The sweets of "Canelé and Ice" are made from fair trade coffee beans. Fair trade is a fair trade price set that supports sustainable production and livelihoods to ensure a safe working environment and ensure that producers can earn a fair and stable income in order to break the cycle of child labor and poverty in developing countries.
Strict environmental standards are also set, and they are produced while protecting the natural environment without destroying forests or using dangerous pesticides. We will continue to make sweets that make everyone happy from the selection of raw materials!
In addition, we are working on each of the special boxes that we can do one by one, such as using environmentally friendly and eco-friendly materials mainly made from recycled waste paper called pulp mold.
