We ordered dozens of types of soybeans and nigari from all over the country, repeatedly made prototypes over and over again while changing the combination, selected the raw materials, selected domestic soybeans (Miyagi Shirome/Miyagi Prefecture), natural nigari (from Okinawa Prefecture), and carefully selected the raw materials, which is why the best technology shines and the aroma, flavor, and texture are completely different from others.
However, there is also important work in tofu that is not done in the normal tofu production process. It doesn't always show up in taste or appearance. I have time to spend time because I want to deliver safe tofu that everyone from babies to the elderly can eat with peace of mind.

(Soil bacteria (heat-resistant bacteria) that cause food poisoning do not die even at 100°C.) So the only way is to wash it off. Machine washing cannot completely clean it. )

〇 Immediate packaging/hygienic bean chai tofu There are always falling bacteria in the factory. Therefore, until the tofu is completed, cover it with a lid and apply plastic wrap to minimize the adhesion of falling bacteria, and package it as soon as it is ready.
*The Food Sanitation Act stipulates that the standard value for the number of bacteria in tofu is 100,000 or less per 1g of tofu. Toshiba tofu will not exceed 10,000 even if it exceeds 10 days after production. It is well below the standard value.
