Happiness that can be made through coffee.
In 2001, we founded "Coffee Sakura" in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture. I took a step forward to realize my desire to deliver really good coffee to as many people as possible since I was a salaryman.
Japan's coffee culture was unfortunately moving in the direction of "selling the same brown and bitter coffee at a reasonable price". Powdered coffee, which was roasted at any time, became the mainstream, and coffee, which was originally treated as a stomach medicine, became bad for the stomach.
Coffee is more than just a drink; We believe that the moment when you feel the happiness of "wow" through a cup of coffee is the original role of coffee.
He has visited coffee-producing regions such as Ethiopia, Guatemala, Brazil, and Indonesia, and has had direct dialogues with producers. We only handle coffee that shows where, by what kind of person, and how it was made, and calculates only the amount needed every day and roasts it. By doing so, we hope to preserve the original rich aroma and taste of coffee and bring customers an authentic coffee experience.
Our mission is to share with our customers through coffee, whether it's joy or pain. The raison d'être of Coffee SAKURA is not simply to sell a cup of 130cc of visible coffee, but to deliver an invisible "happy time".
