We are committed to roasting only the amount we need for the day in the store every day. In Aichi Prefecture, we have introduced American-made "smart roasters", which have not yet been introduced, and are using digital technology to perform precise roasting management.
This roasting machine uses propane gas as a heat source, and the waste heat generated during roasting can be used again for roasting. It provides optimal heat to each coffee bean and brings out the full natural flavor of the beans.
