In addition, heating can damage the flavor of the tea leaves and flavors. Because it is a carefully selected ingredient, it is a non-heating method that maintains taste and flavor, and is particular about deliciousness.
Reuse of boiler water resources
A large amount of water vapor is discharged from the boiler used to boil the water used to brew tea, but in the _SHIP brewery, water resources can be reused by circulating cold water vapor (water) by looping pipes.
In addition, we have introduced equipment that can adjust the water temperature and use the optimal temperature at the optimal amount, resulting in a reduction in the frequency of boiler combustion.
These facilities can reduce greenhouse gases and prevent hot water vapor from being discharged to the outside, which can be expected to have the effect of combating global warming and saving water.
Consideration for drainage
For hygiene management, we use strong alkali and acid chemicals for cleaning tanks, but _SHIP are particular about healthy and good materials, but rather discharge wastewater through a neutralization tank designed to automatically become clean water.
The Shibagawa River, which connects to the Arakawa River and Saitama water sources, flows nearby, and we want to protect the natural environment of the area.
